Villa Cantik is a unique place of understated elegance in a quiet and secluded location, just 30m from the protected waters of Benoa Harbor in south Bali. One of an enclave of five villas known as the Puri Tirta or 'Water Palace' Villas, this stunning three-bedroom villa is perfect for a family or a group of friends looking for a private place to relax, but who also want a great place to play.

Not many villas in Bali can provide such exclusive opportunities for guests as access to their own private floating jetty, a great starting point for a kayak tour of the mangroves or a fishing excursion or sightseeing trip to the white sand beaches of the neighbouring islands of Nusa Penida and Lembongan on the estate's private speedboat. This is also the place where our villa staff can create the most romantic setting for a perfect sunset dining experience for two.

Villa Cantik has a large central living pavilion with marble floors, three soft and comfortable couches, a 37" flat screen TV with satellite channels, DVD player, and a fully-equipped European-style kitchen, in addition to a staff wet kitchen where the staff prepare guest meals. Stairs lead up to the upstairs master suite, while to the right is the second bedroom. French doors run the entire length of the downstairs area and open out to a wide stone terrace and garden. A 20 x 6m pool dominates the outdoor area and is flanked on opposite sides by the third bedroom and an outdoor formal dining room with seating for eight persons. All the rooms have A/C and both the living and dining rooms can be closed off for air-conditioned comfort.

The bedrooms all have deep, rich hard-wood flooring complemented by marble bathrooms. The master bedroom has high pitched ceilings, a 37" flat screen TV and a large and sumptuous bathroom which includes a Jacuzzi bath with views out over the water. The downstairs bathrooms are spacious with outdoor monsoon showers.

In the garden a large Buddha statue sits behind a bale bengong relaxation pavilion at the far end of the pool in front of a gentle waterfall that filling the villa with the relaxing sounds of running water, while an antique Balinese door in the garden wall leads out to a path which takes guests down to the beach and the floating jetty.

Villa Cantik offers an excellent combination of a peaceful beachside location with all the services you would expect from a private villa, such as your own personal private cook and butler, private swimming pool, professional spa therapists on call and your own private driver and car for eight hours a day.

Set back 50 metres from the harbour at the front of the estate, Villa Cantik is filled with lotus-filled fish ponds, immaculate lawns, mature frangipani trees and palms which dot a large garden dominated by sun loungers, umbrellas and a 20m swimming pool, complete with waterfall and a bale relaxation gazebo.

The villa is blessed with the perfect location close to the five star tourist enclave of Nusa Dua and its vast array of luxury resorts, fine dining restaurants and bars as well as having a plethora of water sports available within minutes of the estate. There are two world-class championship golf courses within a 20-minute drive as well as some of the world's best surf breaks on your back door step.
