Located in tranquil Sanur, Villa Mahapala is a luxury resort villa featuring the twelve signs of the zodiac. Exceptionally designed with immaculate facilities, it will leave you with an unforgettable impression of your holiday in Bali.

The resort with its elegant villas, complete with their own private pools, will captivate your imagination. Each villa is individually designed according to your own personal zodiac sign. This theme is continued throughout the resort, and our tasteful and elegant atmosphere will ensure that our guests enjoy a personalised villa experience.

Villa Mahapala offers 20 uniquely designed villas customized for all visitors, including high-end guests, and induces a feeling of singularity according to their zodiac sign. All villas feature signature designs, echoing the same mysticism of zodiac symbols in a smart decorated ambience influenced by contemporary Balinese architecture. The resort offers 2 types of villas illustrating either a subtle or bold colour that defines "masculinity" or "femininity".

This unique resort is located in serene and peaceful tropical surroundings ... just a stone's throw from the famous white sands of Sanur Beach with its picture perfect view and beachside cafes. Villa Mahapala is also only a 20 minutes' drive from Bali’s Ngurah Rai International Airport, bustling Kuta with its wide choice of entertainment and restaurants, and the lively shopping area of the main town of Denpasar.

Accomodation
Guests will immediately be impressed by the grandeur of Villa Mahapala's lobby; the area is large with a gracefully designed overflow swimming pool and a spacious sun deck area with luxury sun lounges. Upon arrival, our friendly staff is on hand to meet and greet guests with their classic warm welcoming Balinese charm.
The resort offers a number of various recreational facilities such as a fully equipped fitness studio for ambitious fitness enthusiasts as well as the exclusive "Kanya" Spa, which offers traditional and modern treatments for those that are interested in top-quality wellness programs. Guests are also provided with other facilities such as a library including a multi-functional room.
Each of our villas are self-contained and are fully equipped with 5-star facilities including AC, LCD TV with satellite channels, DVD player, wireless phone, in-room safe, tea/coffee maker, mini-bar, and spacious bathroom that’s well stocked with body care products & complete accessories. All private villa swimming pools include relaxing pool huts and provide the perfect place for a rejuvenating Balinese massage or a day sunbathing under the sunshine.

This elegant villa ( 2 bedroom/masculine type ) has a plot area of 315 m² , a private pool and thatched roof. The interior décor is characterized by natural tones and furniture of solid wood; square design is preferred.

Two Bedroom Softly- FEMININE / SOFTLY

The feminine decor of these villas is mirrored in the soft colours of the cream marble, terrazzo and light brown parquet floor.  This stylistic theme extends throughout the villa with carefully selected interior decorations that possess no hard edges and have round or oval qualities. While some of the furnishings are modelled on more classical and traditional designs, others apply a more modern slant using a variety of interesting materials such as glass, brass, and copper to give a unique artistic touch.
The interior design of the villa (2 bedroom/soft touch) is featuring colours like crème marble and the villa is suitable for honeymooners.
The spacious seize of this villa (345m² parcel) is worth mentioning and we can recommend it for families with children as well, due to the private pool's harmless depth of 1.5m.

One Bedroom Softly - FEMININE / SOFTLY

The villa has a plot area of 185 m² and its modern ethnic design offers excellent comfort for couples and the personalized service based on zodiac will be an amazing experience for you.

Darker colours are used in these villas as reflected by the usage of dark brown wood, parquet floor and stone paving. The shape of the furnishings and decorations used in these villas are also more squared and solid, echoing a more masculine soft undertone. The interior design is simple yet classy with contemporary touches employing an interesting mix of glass and metal.

Dining

Voila' Restaurant
Voilà Restaurant offers the most exquisite dishes of both Indonesian and International cuisine. The restaurant seats 68 people and can also be used for private functions as well.  Guests also have the option to dine outdoors in a chicly designed terrace facing the swimming pool; this area creates the perfect ambience and is of course enhanced by the beautiful climate and environment of Bali.

Zodiac Bar
The Zodiac Bar, located close to the lobby, is as warm and inviting as it’s appearance.  A relaxed stylish area with both bar stools and comfortable lounge chairs is the perfect place to indulge in one of the signature “zodiac” cocktails, uniquely created for Villa Mahapala.  The Zodiac bar is also equipped with Wi-Fi Internet connection.

KANYA Spa at Villa Mahapala offers excellent treatment to satisfy the highest demands on top-quality wellness programs. This exclusive space with its ultimate relaxing atmosphere and abounding natural sources is the perfect place for some soul searching and tranquility.
It also offers 5 self-contained Spa Rooms for dry and wet treatment and 2 Spa Suites for couple with outdoor post-treatment Jacuzzi where they can enjoy all facilities.

Terms & Conditions
A deposit of 50% of the total amount must be received within seven (7) working days after confirmation of reservation has been given.
Full payment is required within seven (7) days or immediately if reservation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival (or 45 days for Christmas/New Year reservations)
Final payment is required 14 days prior to arrival (30 days for Christmas/New Year bookings)
For last minute reservations (within 1 week or less prior to arrival), full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable
Any bank transfer charges are the responsibility of the guests

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation must be received in writing.
Cancellation policy for booking during low/high season period :

Low Season :
Between 14 days and 7 days will be charged 50% and Between 6 days and 0 days will be charged 100% from the total villa reservation charges

High season :
Between 30 days and 15 days will be charged 50% and Between 14 days and 0 days will be charged 100% from the total villa reservation charges

No show will be charged 100% from the total villa reservation charges and applicable in any seasons
