Terms:

A deposit of 50% is required by bank transfer, or cash to confirm a reservation, which is confirmed with a copy of the bank transfer from the client faxed or e-mailed to Luxurious Bali Villas Rental within 5 (five) business days. If a deposit is not received in time it will result in the cancellation of your booking.

Final payment is required at least 30 days (low season), 45 days (high & peak season) prior to the guests’ arrival by bank transfer or in cash.

Final payments is non refundable

If the reservation is made less than 30 days for low season or 45 days for high & peak season before arrival, full payment is required to secure the booking

Check in time is 2 pm and Check out time is 12 noon. Client wishing to stay at the villa past 12 noon till 8 pm can pay a half day of the seasonal rental.
