The main living villa is located at the elevated top of the property and the land then slopes down to the cliff edge affording stunning sea view from all parts of the property.
Enter the elevated main  villa pavilion over the entrance reflective pool to  open living,  dining  and an extensive designer kitchen .  The entire main villa including the kitchen is fully air conditioned. Glass sliding doors afford sweeping ocean view and when fully opened, invites that clifftop ocean breeze.

The Pool

Beneath the elevated living terrace , the reflective pool cascades onto a 25m Glass-Fronted Infinity Pool.
The three level reflective pool is a central water feature that separates the villa suites on the eastern and western parts of the Villa Property.It follows the slopes of the property and towards the lower levels just by the Purple & Pool Suites, the reflective pool merges with the glass fronted infinity pool for some Jacuzzi bubbles.

The Suluban Cliff Edge Bale is truly the most spectacular setting to lounge & chill out for that sunset cocktail or al-fresco dining. Only glass boundary panels separate the cliff face ensuring unhindered vista of the ocean below. Beyond the Bale are the cliff front lawns and garden spaces perfect for that cocktail party.

The oceanfront  pool terrace is such a vantage viewing deck of the rolling surf and the receding tides off Suluban Beach and beyond.  Spot the marine life or feast on the stunning panaromic view of the Indian Ocean and north Bali skyline.

Watch fishermen wade in the receding tide and fishing boats go by for their daily catch. As you  lounge at our clifftop pool terrace, enjoy that  ever constant ocean breeze.

Suluban Cliff Villa sky-lit Spa Pavilion, airconditioned is tucked beneath the living terrace.Complete with 2 sets of massage beds, plush spa sofa and an ensuite bathroom.Spacious yet cosy in fuschia colours, the  mirrored and custom-finished décor is just the room to bliss out for your Balinese massages.

Purple Suite
The ever spacious master purple suite comprises a super king size bed that hides a full size pull out single bed beneath. Silver silk headboards, purple silk drapes, funky lamps and matching bedside tables set the chic style. The unusually large wardrobe space in customized black gloss lacquer panels and purple interior leads to the equally spacious mirrored ensuite bathroom with opposite double vanity stations. Air-conditioned separately from the bedroom, the ensuite bathroom is luxuriously fitted with chrome basins, Italian black satin designer taps, vanity mirror , rain and handshower taps .
The ensuite leads to an outdoor bathtub has been positioned to enable a vista of the ocean through a window opening.

Fuschia Pool Suite
This pool suite comprises a super king size bed that also hides a full size pull out single bed underneath its frame.
Silver silk headboards against textured “floating wall” blend in with the luxurious silver silk and metallic grey organza drapes.
The large wardrobe space in custom finished black gloss panels and fuchsia interior leads to the spacious ensuite bathroom with double basins in customized black gloss & fuchsia finished vanity.

Lush Green Suite
Adjoining the ensuite is the Bali style outdoor shower set in a minimalist pebbled garden. Only the frameless glass panel and doors separate the ensuite from the outdoor garden & shower area giving you a sense of the outdoor merging with the ensuite. The bedroom area naturally opens onto its own private terrace with fabulous views across the infinity pool to the Indian Ocean and rolling surf.

The Turquoise Suite also commands the ever-present ocean view in this Property Villa. Its custom finishes of smoky black ranges from the super king size bed frame with the pulled out single bed, bedside tables, wardrobe panels and bathroom vanity drawers. Here champagne silk and grey organza drapes the glass sliding doors that open to a minimalist garden terrace elevated to the right of the central reflective pool walkway.

The already spacious double vanity ensuite is further enhanced with the use of ceiling to floor mirror and paneled glass that brings the outdoor view inside.

Payment Terms
To secure your reservation, we require your written confirmation by email
50% deposit of the total rental outlay will be required to secure reservation

For Low Season bookings, final payment is required 15 days prior to check-in or immediately if booking is made less than 15 days to check in dates.

For High Season bookings, final payment is required 20 days prior to check-in, or immediately if the booking is made less than 20 days prior to check-in.

For Peak Season bookings, final payment is required 30 days prior to check-in.
